Congratulations to Rev Deacon Andrew Loh as he continues to serve in his diaconate ministry here in Cathedral of the Holy Spirit as well as the three other newly ordained Permanent Deacons in the Diocese of Penang, Rev Deacon Dave Kameron, Rev Deacon Paul Kang and Rev Deacon Richard Wilson!
