In today’s Gospel reading, God reminds me that I should always avoid sin—not just because it is wrong, but because it influences my thoughts, behaviour, and decisions. Sin is not limited to a single moment; it can slowly shape my mindset and lead me away from God’s will. Over time, it weakens my integrity and distances me from righteousness. That is why resisting sin is so important—it keeps my heart focused on God and His truth.

 

Take a moment in prayer to ask the Lord: ‘What are You revealing to me through this Gospel?’ Be open to His voice and allow His Word to transform your heart.

 

今天的福音天主提醒我远离罪恶 — 罪恶不但是一个错误，更是影响着我的思想、行为及决定。罪恶不止发生在特定的时段；它会慢慢改变我的思想及领我远离天主。久而久之，它削弱了我的正直，使我远离了正义。这就是为什么抵抗罪恶那么重要 — 它让我专心向主及祂的真理。

 

让我们静默祈祷，“主，祢藉着这段福音要告诉我什么信息呢？”我们打开心门聆听并接受主的声音，让主的话语改变我们的心。
