圣若望福音 8: 51-59
In today’s Gospel, Jesus teaches me that I must keep His word so that I may receive the gift of eternal life. Countless times, God has instructed me to obey His word, but do I truly understand what that means? John 1:14 says, “The Word became flesh and lived among us…” Truly, Jesus Christ is the Word of God. Keeping the Word means believing that Jesus is the Son of God and following His teachings.
Therefore, I must open my heart and mind to God’s will, trust in what He has in store for me, and allow His Word to transform my life. I pray that even in the difficult moments of my life, I will rejoice and glorify God because I know that if I keep His word, the suffering I endure will not compare to the joy that awaits me in heaven. “If you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.” – John 8:31-32
Take a moment in prayer to ask the Lord: ‘What are You revealing to me through this Gospel?’ Be open to His voice and allow His Word to transform your heart.
今天的福音中，耶稣教导我遵守祂的话，这样我才能获得永生。天主无数次指导我服从祂的话，可我是否真正了解这话的意思？若望福音第一章十四节中指出，「圣言成了血肉，寄居在我们中间」，确实，耶稣基督就是天主圣言。遵守圣言即是相信耶稣是天主子并随从祂的教导。
为此，我的心思意念要向天主的旨意敞开，相信祂所为我安排的计划，开放自己让主的话改善我的人生。我祈求，纵使我人生陷入困境，我也要喜乐及光荣天主，因为我深信如果我遵守祂的话，我所面对的痛苦是无法与那在天国等待我的赏报攀比。如耶稣对那些信他的犹太人说：「你们如果固守我的话，就确是我的门徒，也会认识真理，而真理必会使你们获得自由。」（若八：31-32）
让我们静默祈祷，“主，祢藉着这段福音要告诉我什么信息呢？”我们打开心门聆听并接受主的声音，让主的话语改变我们的心。
