In today’s Gospel reading, Jesus, who loved perfectly, was betrayed by someone close to Him. It makes me reflect on moments when I have felt hurt by others, especially those I trusted. Jesus didn’t react with anger or hatred but with love and acceptance. This reminds me that I must learn to respond with love even when I am hurt. This reminds me to remain faithful, even when facing challenges, and to trust that God’s plan is greater than any betrayal or hardship I may encounter.
Take a moment in prayer to ask the Lord: ‘What are You revealing to me through this Gospel?’ Be open to His voice and allow His Word to transform your heart.
今天的福音讲述，慈爱的耶稣被身边最亲近的人出卖。这让我回想起被人伤害时的感受，尤其是被我所信任的人。耶稣没有以愤恨来反击，反而以爱及包容来回应。这提醒我即使受到伤害，我必须学习以爱来回应。同时也提醒我无论面对任何困难都要保有信德，相信天主的计划超越一切我所面对的背叛或困难。
让我们静默祈祷，“主，祢藉着这段福音要告诉我什么信息呢？”我们打开心门聆听并接受主的声音，让主的话语改变我们的心。
