In today’s Gospel reading, God reminds me of His endless mercy and love. _”…for this son of mine was dead and has come back to life”_ reveals not only the joy of the father but also the depth of God’s forgiveness. Like the prodigal son, I sometimes stray from God, yet He waits patiently, ready to embrace me with open arms. Sin may temporarily distance us from Him, but through repentance, we can be renewed and truly live in His grace. The Gospel shows that God’s love is not earned but freely given, and He rejoices when His children return.
Lord, help us recognize when we are lost and always find our way back to Your grace.
Take a moment in prayer to ask the Lord: ‘What are You revealing to me through this Gospel?’ Be open to His voice and allow His Word to transform your heart.
天主藉着今天的福音提醒我祂那无限的慈悲与仁爱。「…我这个儿子是死而复生…」不仅显露了父亲的喜悦，同时也彰显天父的宽宏大量。如同浪子，有时候我会远离天主；但是祂耐心等待并伸开双臂准备拥抱我。罪恶会短暂将我们与天主隔离，但透过悔改，能使我们洁净并活在主的恩典中。今天的福音也告诉我，天主的爱不是以劳力赚取的，而是天主白白的赐予我们的。天主最欢乐的时刻莫过于祂的子民悔改并重投祂的怀抱。
主啊，求祢帮助我认清我的过失，时常找寻归向祢恩典的途径。
让我们静默祈祷，“主，祢藉着这段福音要告诉我什么信息呢？”我们打开心门聆听并接受主的声音，让主的话语改变我们的心。
